These terms govern your use of cressco.dev. By using the site you accept them. They cover acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, and the limits of what we promise.

What this site is

cressco.dev is an informational website for Cressco, an AI consultancy and tech implementation studio for Short-Term Rental Property Managers. The site offers content, a free AI Readiness Score quiz, and a way to book an introductory call.

Using the site does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only with a signed engagement letter.

Acceptance

By accessing or using cressco.dev you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

No professional advice

Content on this site is informational. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice for your specific situation. Do not act on it without consulting an appropriate professional.

The AI Readiness Score is a self-assessment tool. Its output is informational, not a guarantee of outcomes or a commitment to deliver any service.

Booking calls and outreach

When you book a call through Calendly, you agree we may contact you by email about the call and related follow-up. You can opt out of follow-up at any time by replying or emailing info@cressco.dev.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree we may send you the content you opted into. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt or attack the site, its hosting, or its third-party integrations.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy the site at a rate that interferes with normal use.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly available.
  • Impersonate Cressco, its team, or its clients.

Intellectual property

All content on cressco.dev (text, design, code, illustrations, brand marks) is owned by Cressco or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish full posts, redistribute design assets, or use Cressco brand marks without written permission.

Testimonials are reproduced with the consent of the operators who provided them. Their names and businesses remain their property.

Third-party links and embeds

The site links to and embeds third-party services (Calendly, GitHub, social platforms). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Outcome claims about hours saved, revenue recovered, or headcount avoided describe past results from specific Cressco engagements. They are not predictions of future results for any reader.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cressco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD 100, unless local law requires a higher floor.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Cressco against any claim arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

We may suspend or block access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, unless local consumer law in your country of residence grants you a different right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be noted in a banner on the site for 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
